It is an excellent way to improve your well-being and physical fitness, whilst incorporating effective self- defence techniques. Karate also promotes personal development helping you become more confident and disciplined as a person.
Godoryu karate is a traditional style combining power ,strength, speed and mobility . Our style uses the power of Shotokan and the speed of Wadoryu and incorporates aspects of Martial arts from other styles such as Aikido and Ju Jitsu.
